I’ve seen a video where they built a bus truck the other day and then see this truck demolished like a Lego set. I feel sorry for the people going in the bus I seen the other day.

At 18:30-18:50 he reassembled that totally wrong....if you go back to 12:00 when he pulls that outer idler casting off,two of those big flat washers were spacers between the casting and the adjacent spindle truck body casting. When he re-assembles it, instead of putting two of those washers on first. Then feeding the casting onto the spindle....he shoved the casting on without them...then He just stuffs them all in at the end between the grease cover and the outer face of the casting. Some of the folks in the videos on this channel are amazing and quite talented, especially the welding repairs, casting of gears and parts, mold making... but there some of these guys who seem to just wing it when re-assembling important things. I guess in the scope of things, that truck is so beat, and in a month or two some other casting or axle or steering part will fail. So I guess those two thin spacer washers being in the wrong place are inconsequential. The suspension idler casting just might not pivot as freely as it would if assembled correctly.

This truck probably wound up like this because it had been "rebuilt" from similar conditions at least a dozen or more times before, by super duper safety sandal wearing boy geniuses wearing flowing power pajama robes, working on dirt floors, yet somehow have enough money to afford video cameras, phones, computers and hard drives, or internet connections.
